It's starting to really draw attention
Yes A Midlands Town and The Flight of The Mew Gull
are really starting to attract the attention of a
lot of people.
An apology, for some odd reason, it is impossible
to get paragraph breaks in this blog. My good
friend and fellow professional Ben Jones is now on
board as a key supporter. Just as well really as I
want him to play the part of Czech pilot Flt Lt
Venda Jicha Alex's most able test pilot at Castle
Bromwich.
I have also put details about both projects at a
number of bulletin boards and have received some
very generous encouragement. Most notably from The
Real Aeroplane Company aviation museum in
Yorkshire. I had fully expected to be talking to
them before long, but they contacted me after
seeing my bulletin board entry at The Aviation web
ring. They own and maintain GAEXF Alex Mew Gull.
Visit them from my links page.
Furthermore I had an excellent meeting at The
Central library in Brum on Tuesday, with the
Birmingham evacuees society and have been entrusted
with some of their precious stories. The script for
episode 2 is half written.
Thanks also to my youngest son Jody, who spoke to
me the other day and is very pleased as a
passionate Brummie himself ( though only by birth,
as he was born in Brum but raised in Tamworth but
we'll allow him that LoL)that I am writing A
Midlands Town.
